My friend Lindsay over at From Nanny to Family tagged me in this Tay - You're It Christmas Style and I tag Dusty at Girls Love Fried Pickles and Karen at Patching Hearts.
SO here it goes....
Time for a little Christmas Questions and [hopefully} great Answers.
1. What makes CHRISTmas such a special holiday for you and your family?
OK first off I have always been a big kid - so excited for presents, food and the fam bam all together again. HOWEVER, celebrating through the eyes of our little ones is truly amazing.

2. Were you told the truth about Santa Claus by your parents or did you find out another way? And..do you plan on lying to your kids (if you have them or plan on having them)? Oh yes…I went there.
I can remember "believing" in Santa but not when I stopped. HOWEVER, being the oldest child/grandchild on top of being the only girl I kind of was more adult like since a very young age - but I still loved opening presents from Santa. I plan on "believing" with my kids as long as we possibly can. SIDE NOTE: Santa only gets them socks, undies and pj's - the big daddy gifts come from mom/dad hard earned money.
3. Real tree or Fake tree?
OMG REAL all the way. I have to have real. WE have for as long as I can remember bought our Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving and left it up until the day after Christmas. I love the smell, the feel, the look - it is soo wintery.
|2012 - this year we went with the red theme!|
4. Do you open presents on Christmas morning, Christmas Eve or both?
We open SEVERAL times - including Christmas eve and Christmas morning - however for "Santa" and our little families presents we open Christmas Morning.

5. What is your favorite Christmas movie to watch? Favorite Christmas song to sing or listen to? ( I know…technically two questions)
We don't really have one favorite but we love watching the 25 days of Christmas on ABC. As for music - umm I am tone deaf, can't carry a note and I can NEVER remember words to a song so I can't help you here.
