Resolution in Motion - DONE

This last few weeks have been all over the board for me. You all remember I had my breakdown a few posts ago if not check it out here and always keep me in your prayers. Well when I went to my therapist she told me that I am doing all I can do and the rest is out of my control. So she asked what am I doing to combat my stress and anxiety?? Well I could proudly tell her two things - my resolution in motions - 1 - weight loss and 2 - pinterest inspired weekly.

I am happy to report that I have done on both of them. I get to control what I eat and what I do to stay active and fit and {most of the time} I get to control what I do on my time.

So for the weight problem I have been able to lose 5 total pounds {only 8 more to my "perfect" "ideal" weight or dream weight}. HOW did I do that???

- Bike rides - check out me and the hubs here....

- #plankaday - if you follow me on instagram @momfittingitallin
- EATING healthy - tracking my points
- Sit-ups
- Elliptical
- Exercise and watching what I eat!!!

As for the pinterest - SAY LOVE it.

Here are a few things that we tried and Succeeded.

- Recipes

Oven Roasted Potatoes  we paired them with peppercorn steak yummy!

Then from my friend and fellow blogger From Nanny to Family the chicken and noodles - yummy!

- Great ideas for the house/cleaning

- Putting baking soda on your mattress!!!

And the best yet cleaning your ceiling fan blades with a pillow case - that's right! Use a pillow case and wrap around the blade and all of the dirt goes into the pillow case - then take it out side shake and wash!! WONDERFUL>>>>>

SO I have to say thank you to the wonderfual blogger community that put this together and gave such support through this.

How did you do????

  3. Pinterest loves me. I actually decided this year not do the traditional holiday dinner because I needed a change in light if my past few months and I found some great recipes. Now if I could pin someone to cook so I can be lazy and enjoy the day.
